TED: Ideas worth spreading

TED (nop, not “Tratamento Estatístico de Dados”, don’t be scared), is an acronym for Technology, Entertainment, Design. I’d been shown the website a while ago by an old friend, but I forgot it completely until today, when I found it during my morning internet-roaming-period.

It hosts talks of people of those 3 areas on the most diverse themes. There’s Jane Goodall, Al Gore, Isabel Allende, etc. There are also somewhat unknown personalities, at least for me: Newton Aduaka, David Bolinsky, etc. There are plenty of them: 303.

It is nice to watch, to broaden horizons :)
